Here, we explain the product guarantee policy directly and clearly, in a way that preserves the customer’s rights and defines the scope of responsibility in accordance with the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

By completing the purchase from Tarakeeb , you agree to the product warranty policy described below.

Product warranty period

All electronic devices sold by Tarakeeb are subject to a two-year warranty from the date of purchase, according to the terms of the manufacturer or the authorized agent within the Kingdom.

The warranty period for some products varies depending on their nature, and this is explained on the product page or invoice.

Guarantee entity

The product warranty is applied by the authorized agent or the guaranteeing company within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Apple products are covered by the official warranty from the authorized dealer such as Arab Computers or Alf Store.

What is covered by the warranty?

The warranty covers manufacturing defects or malfunctions resulting from normal use of the product, after examining the condition and ensuring that it meets the approved warranty conditions.

What is not covered by the warranty

The warranty does not cover malfunctions resulting from misuse, breakage, liquid damage, or shocks, nor does it cover any unauthorized modification or use of unapproved accessories.

The warranty also does not cover gifts included with the product or non-electronic accessories such as covers, stickers, and similar consumer products.

Guarantee activation mechanism

The warranty is based on the purchase invoice or order number from Tarakeeb , and it is preferable to have the original product carton available when submitting the warranty request.

In some cases, the customer may be directed directly to the authorized agent for faster completion, and in other cases we receive the product and take over the maintenance request.

Examination and treatment duration

The duration of product inspection and maintenance varies depending on the type of malfunction and the policy of the guarantor. Tarakeeb is not responsible for any delays caused by maintenance centers or external parties, while we are committed to following up on the situation and providing the necessary support.

Replacement or compensation

If a manufacturing defect is proven and the product cannot be repaired, replacement or compensation will be provided according to the policy of the manufacturer or the authorized agent, and in accordance with the regulations in force within the Kingdom.

Limits of responsibility

Tarakeeb's liability is limited to what is stated in this product warranty policy, and it does not bear any responsibility for indirect damages or losses resulting from the use of the product outside its normal scope.

Policy changes

Tarakeeb reserves the right to modify the product warranty policy at any time, and the policy in effect at the time the warranty request is submitted shall apply.
