Guaranteed lowest price for compositions
At Tarakeeb , we believe our customers always deserve the best—not only in terms of quality, but also in terms of price. That's why we offer the Lowest Price Guarantee : if you find the product you purchased from Tarakeeb for a lower price at another eligible store, we'll simply refund the difference.
Conditions for applying the lowest price guarantee:
In order for your application to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:
1- The other store must be a reliable Saudi store with an actual branch from which purchases can be made.
2- The product must be exactly the same in terms of:
- Brand
- Model / Trade Name
- the color
- Capacity or technical specifications
- Product condition (new, unused, and under warranty)
3- The cheaper price must be publicly displayed at the same time as the purchase, on the other store’s website or in its branches, and can be publicly verified.
4- The application must be submitted within a maximum of 7 days from the date of purchase from Tarakeeb.
5- The warranty does not cover special discounts or exclusive offers such as:
- Personal discount coupons
- Package offers (buy 1 and get 1 free)
- Seasonal discounts (such as Black Friday, end of year, Ramadan…).
6- It does not include products sold by external sellers on platforms such as Amazon or Noon.
7- The price offered must include all final costs (price, tax, shipping).
8- We reserve the right to check prices before approving the order.
How do you request the price difference?
Please send us a message within 7 days of purchase:
- Your order number from the structures
- Link to the cheaper price from the other store or a clear image from the advertisement
- Proof that the store has a physical branch
We will review the request and respond to you within 3 business days. If the conditions are met, the difference will be transferred to you within 3 business days.
