Order processing

Orders are typically processed within one business day after payment confirmation. Processing time may be longer in certain special cases or during peak periods and promotions, and the customer will be notified of any updates to the order status.

Shipping within Saudi Arabia

Orders within Riyadh are usually delivered within 1 to 2 business days after shipment.

For the rest of the Kingdom, delivery takes place within 2 to 4 working days after shipment, and the duration may vary depending on the recipient's location and the shipping company's policy.

International Shipping

International shipping is available to the Gulf countries, in addition to Iraq, Oman, Yemen, Egypt, Sudan, Libya, Algeria, Tunisia, Morocco, and Syria.

The duration and cost of international shipping vary depending on the country and the shipping company chosen, and are calculated and shown to the customer before the payment process is completed.

International shipments may be subject to customs procedures or additional fees imposed by the receiving party, and Tarakeeb is not responsible for any fees or delays caused by customs authorities outside the Kingdom.

Shipping and tracking companies

Orders are shipped via approved shipping companies, and the customer is provided with a tracking number as soon as the order is shipped to follow the status of the shipment until receipt.

Shipping fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery location and order type, and the final cost is clearly stated before payment is completed.

Delivery attempts

If delivery fails due to the recipient's absence or lack of response, the shipping company will make additional delivery attempts according to its policy. If the shipment is returned due to non-receipt, the return shipping policy outlined on the returns and exchanges page will apply.

Pick-up from the branch

Pick-up is available from the Tarakeeb branch during official working hours.

Saturdays to Thursdays from 9:00 am to 11:30 pm , and Fridays from 2:00 pm to 11:30 pm .

The order must be received within 30 days from the date of confirmation of readiness. If it is not received within this period, the order will be automatically cancelled.
